Characteristics

1.    Pre-cleaning function: automatic irrigation function, medium heat disinfection function, chemical disinfection function, rust removal function, rinsing function, drying function, automatic addition of cleaning agent and quick drying oil agent and self-setting of dosage.

Structure Composition

It consists of cleaning sterilizer, frame, casing, sprinkler system, cleaning car, caster, heating system, drying system, solenoid valve, circulating pump, peristaltic pump, fan, control system, touch screen, printer and pipeline.

Cleaning Process (6 modules)

1.    Enzyme rapid cleaning

-Process: Cleaning, First rinse, Second rinse

-Applicable instrument: Device cleaning for high temperature resistance and no need for drying

-Points for attention: providing softened water, pure water or distilled water can improve the quality of cleaning.

2.    Standard cleaning

-Process: Cleaning, First rinse, Second rinse, Hot rinsing, Dry

-Applicable instruments: for metal instruments and non-heat-resistant disinfectant cleaning instruments

-Note: provide softened water, pure water or distilled water can improve the quality of cleaning. Adding Lubricant can avoid Watermark in drying process.

3.    Thermal disinfection cleaning

-Process: Pre-cleaning, Cleaning, First rinse, Second rinse, Hot rinsing, Dry

-Applicable instruments: used for metal instruments and instruments requiring high temperature disinfection and cleaning

-Note: provide softened water, pure water or distilled water can improve the quality of cleaning. Adding Lubricant can avoid Watermark in drying process.

4.    Chemical cleaning

-Process: Pre-cleaning, Cleaning, First rinse, Disinfect, Second rinse, Hot rinsing, Dry

-Applicable equipment: used for cleaning high temperature equipment and rubber, plastic equipment.

-Note: provide softened water, pure water or distilled water can improve the quality of cleaning. Adding Lubricant can avoid Watermark in drying process.

5.    Fast heat disinfection and cleaning

-Process: Cleaning, Hot rinsing, First rinse, Second rinse, Drying

-Applicable instruments: used for metal instruments and instruments requiring high temperature disinfection and cleaning

-Note: provide softened water, pure water or distilled water can improve the quality of cleaning. The addition of lubricant can prevent the watermark from being produced in the drying process.

6.    Dry

-Process: drying (90, 20min)

-Applicable instruments: for metal instruments and equipment requiring high temperature drying

-Attention: change medicine bowl, waist plate and other containers should be put upside down to ensure the quality of drying.

Device Loading

1.      There should be a certain gap between the apparatus and the other, and they should be arranged evenly. The connecting parts of the apparatus should be removed as far as possible, so that all the external surfaces of the apparatus leak out and are not blocked, so that the instrument does not protrude out of the bottom of the instrument basket so as not to obstruct the movement of the nozzle. Rotate the spray arm with your hand when necessary to check if it works well.

2.      For some larger instruments such as: dressing bowl, waist plate, square tray, etc., can be removed from the bracket, replaced with a plug card cleaning.

3.      After the equipment is placed, push the instrument car into the machine. After checking, close the door.
